About the programme
The English Philology program develops students’ linguistic, analytical and pedagogical competencies in the field of English language studies. The program covers English language practice, linguistics, literature, communication, academic writing, translation and methods of English language teaching. Students strengthen their English proficiency and learn to understand language as a tool for education, culture, research and international communication. The program prepares graduates for careers in education, translation, communications, media, international organizations and other language-related fields. Graduates may work as English language teachers, language specialists, translators, communication officers or academic professionals.
