The task of the subject is to teach students the essence of tourism, the main approaches to its study, the development processes of tourism over the years, history, opportunities for the development of the tourism sector, types of tourism and their classification, the role of international organizations in the development of the tourism sector, the structural structure of tourism, the main tourism sector and additional services is to form the vision of the organizational mechanisms of management of the tourism sector, the state policy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of tourism, licensing, certification and standardization of tourism services.
