About the programme
The Bachelor’s Degree Program in Applied Arts: Restoration of Applied Artworks prepares qualified specialists in the study, preservation, conservation, and professional restoration of applied art objects, decorative items, and historical artistic works. The curriculum includes the history of applied arts, drawing and painting fundamentals, composition, materials science, restoration methods, conservation technologies, artwork examination, and professional documentation. Students develop practical skills in assessing objects made from different materials, identifying damage, selecting appropriate restoration techniques, and restoring works while preserving their original artistic and historical value. Graduates may work in museums, restoration centers, art galleries, research institutions, cultural heritage organizations, and specialized restoration workshops.
