I. Content of the subject
The purpose of the subject is to form a deep pedagogical and psychological preparation for competence in teaching and upbringing in the system of innovative processes in education, the scientific and theoretical foundations of the discipline of pedagogical competence, the content and essence of the concept of competence and the task of the subject is to form an idea of pedagogical competence for students, to acquaint future teachers with theoretical knowledge on the discipline of pedagogical competence, which is a promising direction in the modernization of the educational process, one of the most important problems facing modern human society, to equip them with modern requirements for pedagogical competence, to form creativity, tutoring, facilitation skills and methodological literacy in the implementation of pedagogical activities, and to form a deep pedagogical and psychological preparation for competence.
