Brief Description:
The objective of the program is to train knowledgeable specialists for the development of food technologies, as well as general and functional nutrition. Graduates will acquire the capability to produce and market various functional food products, provide catering services, and organize and manage the operations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Internship / Practical Training:
In May and June, students undergo practical training in local companies or non-governmental organizations related to the sector.
Career Prospects:
Graduates can pursue careers in catering and food service enterprises, research institutions, sanitary-epidemiological services, and manufacturing sectors. The program provides the necessary theoretical foundation to continue studies at the Master's (MSc) and subsequently Doctoral (PhD) levels.
