Physical Culture

This educational program provides knowledge, skills, and competencies in the field of physical culture, one of the leading areas in physical education and sports. Given the growing attention to women's sports, the program aims to engage women and girls in regular physical activities, promoting health, disease prevention, and longevity.

Over the course of 3 years, you will acquire theoretical and practical skills in physical culture. Study with us and achieve your desired goals.

The program spans 6 semesters (3 years) and requires the accumulation of 180 credits. Specifically:

Mandatory courses: 4110 hours
Elective courses: 480 hours
Internship: 810 hours
Total: 5 400 hours

Additional notes:

1 credit equals 30 academic hours.
To ensure the integration of theory and practice, internships are conducted in organizations and institutions.
Student assessment is carried out based on regulations developed in accordance with the credit system.
