Description:
Through this educational program (master's degree), students will have the opportunity to work in research and innovation fields based on in-depth knowledge of the physics of semiconductor materials, microelectronics and nanoelectronics elements, solid-state physics, and the theoretical and practical foundations of researching modern semiconductor devices. This educational direction is aimed at training highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel and specialists for high technologies, the electronics industry, and research centers.
At the master's degree level, students of the "Semiconductor Physics" educational direction will acquire in-depth scientific and practical skills by mastering the latest and most necessary disciplines such as solid-state physics, transition processes in semiconductors, optoelectronics, nanoelectronics, and modern materials science.
