Depending on the service, we may ask for your full name, phone number, email address, citizenship, country of residence, place of study, level of education and chosen field of study. A passport, education documents and other supporting documents are requested only when they are needed for the service concerned.

The data is used for the following purposes:

• reviewing enquiries and providing consultations;
• helping you choose a suitable university and study programme;
• preparing documents and organising applications for admission or transfer;
• coordinating the process with the chosen educational institution;
• keeping contract and service-related correspondence;
• processing payments for agreed services and handling enquiries and complaints.

Data is processed when there is appropriate consent or another legal basis provided for by law.

Data needed to deliver the service may be passed on lawfully to the chosen educational institution, a competent authority or the relevant service provider. Disclosure is limited to what the purpose of the service requires. Transfers abroad comply with the applicable requirements.

Data is never sold and is not passed to third parties for their own advertising. Separate consent is obtained before the agency sends you marketing messages.

The applicant is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data and documents they provide, and for having the right to provide them. The applicant must inform the agency of any changes in good time.

Incorrect, incomplete or late information may affect the service timeline and the review of an application. In such cases the agency may ask for clarification or additional documents and may pause the relevant work until the necessary information is received.

Data is kept for as long as the stated purposes require and for the periods required by law. Access is limited to authorised persons and appropriate safeguards are applied. Once there is no longer a basis for keeping it, the data is destroyed or anonymised.

You have the right to obtain information about how your data is processed, to have it corrected, to request its deletion or restriction of processing where the law provides for it, and to withdraw your consent.

We may ask for information confirming your identity before handling a request. Data that we are legally required to keep is retained until the relevant period ends. If the necessary data cannot be used, it may not be possible to continue the service concerned.

Sending information or receiving a consultation does not guarantee admission, transfer, a grant, a scholarship or a visa. The final decision is made by the educational institution or competent authority concerned.

The scope of services, fees, refund terms and the parties’ responsibilities are set out in a separate contract. This policy does not override the agency’s legal obligations.

When the policy is updated, the new version and its date are published on the website. Additional consent is obtained where a new purpose requires it.
